Shown here are the results for gene MT1H from a meta-analysis of genomewide expression studies of bipolar disorder using microarrays with autopsy brain samples from humans. Details of the methods for carrying out the meta-analysis are provided here.

Figure Legend: The figure shows a Forest Plot with the estimated fold change of gene expression comparing cases and controls and 95% confidence interval for each study. Summary estimates are provided for all studies, studies with samples from the pre-frontal cortex, studies with samples specifically from BA46 of the pre-frontal cortex, and from the hippocampus. Details of the results are provided in the Results Table below.
