Description

 
Shown here are the results for gene SST from a mega-analysis of bipolar disorder carried out by the Psychiatric GWAS Consortium (PGC) of 11 GWAS studies. The total sample included 7,481 cases of bipolar disorder and 9,250 controls all of European ancestry with data on ~2.5M genotyped and/or imputed SNPs.
